1. Age Restriction
To use this product, you must be at least 18 years old. This product is intended for users residing in Pakistan. Before you begin using our services, please confirm that you are in full compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations.
2. Consent to Share Personal Information
By accepting our app’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree to share your sensitive personal data or personal information, and understand the purposes for doing so. We urge you to read this policy carefully before using the App. If you do not wish to provide the mandatory personal information requested during registration, please refrain from registering. Registration cannot be completed without the required information in the mandatory fields. Furthermore, we may request additional personal information to grant you access to any Cash Games hosted on this App.
3. Introduction
3.1 About the Game
Rummy is a card game enjoyed by millions of players across web and mobile platforms in Pakistan. Considered skill-based, luck in Rummy is confined to the initial cards you receive, and success hinges largely on your strategy and level of expertise.
3.2 Objective of the Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bingo Patti platform by defining both your rights and your obligations as a user. By accessing our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms, as well as any applicable laws and regulations within Pakistan.
4. Area Restriction
If you are not legally authorized to transact in Pakistani Rupees through banking channels in Pakistan—or if you are located in a jurisdiction where participating in cash-based online games is prohibited—you are not permitted to play Cash Games on this platform. A breach of this provision will be deemed a violation of our Terms, resulting in an immediate account lock. Any prizes or refunds from Cash Games you have participated in will be forfeited. You undertake to observe all local laws and regulations and agree not to use this platform’s Services to deposit, withdraw, or engage in Cash Games or tournaments in any jurisdiction where it is disallowed.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Conditions for Refund
- The payment was successful but never reached the player’s account.
- A prolonged technical issue on our App prevented us from providing game services to the player.
- Players accidentally made duplicate payments due to payment errors.
5.2 How to Request a Refund
- Contact customer support via WhatsApp or email and provide a detailed description of the issue.
- Our team will respond promptly and work with you to resolve the problem.
- If the matter cannot be resolved satisfactorily, we will initiate a refund.
- In most cases, refunds will be credited back to your account within five working days.
5.3 Scenarios Where Refunds Cannot Be Issued
- You have already received the recharge amount and used part of it.
- More than three days have passed since the payment was made.
- There is clear evidence of cheating or foul play, causing harm to other players and resulting in restricted transactions.
6. Termination by User
You may discontinue your use of our Services and terminate your account at any time by sending an email to our designated customer service address, stating your intention to close the account. Subject to any applicable restrictions on Cash Withdrawals, the Company will refund the remaining portion of your Cash Balance at that time.
7. Cash Balance in Virtual Accounts
7.1 Participation in Cash Games
To join Cash Games, your account must have a positive Cash Balance, which is composed of two parts: the Chips Account and the Winnings and Bonus Accounts. All funds added to your Chips Account must be processed through approved third-party payment gateways available on the Platform. The Company is not responsible for authorizing or rejecting any transactions, as this is governed by the payment gateways’ respective policies.
Any amount in your Chips Account is held in trust by the Company on your behalf until needed for participation in Cash Games. All transactions on the Platform must be conducted using Pakistani Rupees.
Winnings from Cash Games will be deposited into the Winnings portion of your Winnings and Bonus Account, while any bonuses awarded will be deposited into the Bonus portion of the same account.
The Company collects and holds the winnings from other Cash Game participants before transferring those funds to the winner’s Winnings and Bonus Account, where they remain until used or withdrawn.
7.2 Cash Withdrawals
Subject to any limits and conditions set forth in these Terms, you may request a Cash Withdrawal at any time, which will be processed via bank transfer to your Pakistani Rupee bank account. Please note that no interest is earned on your Cash Balance, and withdrawals may be restricted based on your participation in Cash Games.
Withdrawals are only permitted from the Winnings and Bonus Account once you have participated sufficiently in Cash Games. To encourage responsible gaming and prevent unauthorized activities, the Company may limit how often and how much you can deposit or withdraw.
Should you go 300 consecutive days without using your Chips Account to play a Cash Game, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your Chips Account and refund whatever remains in your Winnings and Bonus Account to your bank account.
7.3 Tax Deduction at Source (TDS)
According to Pakistani law, any single game or tournament prize exceeding PKR 50,000 is subject to tax deduction at source (TDS). Your winnings will be transferred to you after the required tax has been deducted at the applicable rate. You must hold a valid CNIC and be prepared to provide its details immediately upon request. Failure to do so within 60 days of winning may result in forfeiture of your winnings, as the Company will remit the TDS to the appropriate government authority.
